Test scope looks good to me. My suggestion is to modify the target test environment to TV rather than specific to nexus player. Any TV environment with screen should suitable to be the receiver.

1. network failure, ex: wifi disconnected
2. invalid requested URL, ex: page not existed

BTW, 2.5 backward capability check can be skipped for now based on the change of project status.

This is included in [Error - stable] Lost network on controller/nexus player
