The picture frame of the picture that is supposed to be in the middle of this page is missing. The picture is absolutely placed on the page. Although the image file is missing there still should be an indication in the output of where the picture goes. (FYI, works fine in IE).

Changed a bunch of stuff, and it looks fine now (both Angus's local file test case and the original test case listed in the URL field). Now we have a border and a broken icon displayed. If there were alt-text that would be displayed as well
Verified fixed using 12.1.98 build of xpviewer (checked on Win NT 4.0 SP3 & Win98.) Specifically, the URL provided now displays an "X" signifying a missing image, as well as a frame. (Rebecca, if you believe that this bug is not fixed to your satisfaction, could you please re-open this bug report at your earliest convenience with your comments? Thank you!
