In bug 1286839 I noticed that we use BuildAPI to schedule build jobs and we *hope* for the dependent jobs to be scheduled. This is a waste of resources since the build will schedule a bunch of test jobs rather than the specific one we want. This is noticeable when there are builds missing on pushes which is what happens for PGO builds. > mozci We will trigger 1) 'Linux x86-64 mozilla-inbound pgo-build' > mozci instead of 2) 'Ubuntu HW 12.04 x64 mozilla-inbound pgo talos tp5o' > mozci We need to trigger the build job once (1) in order to be able to run the test job (2). > mozci After (1) is done and if no coalesccing happens the test jobs associated with it will be triggered.
Shutting pulse_actions off (see bug 1379172).
