The default snackbar action text color is currently #E66000 (action_orange I presume, though I haven't looked up where that's set), whereas it seems like fennec_ui_orange (#FF9500) is intended - looks like it got lost at

Yup, forgot I was going to mention that last night.  I was thinking this should get its own bug as a separate issue (and had some confusion on the review state of 1264347 re: reviewboard stuff), but looks like this isn't needed :)
