Stop mirroring repo & prepair for archive.

A question beside, given that we want to keep the github repo, can we make that writable? Only in the case we would need it at some point.

Yes - everyone in the firefox-automation team can write (commit) to the repo on hithub. As team maintainer, you can add anyone else you want. (See #github or https://wiki.mozilla.org/Github for more info.)

In discussion with the #vcs team, we are not actually going to archive the repo. It will remain in it's current location so URL's in documents will still resolve.

The repo has now been set to "read only" mode. You can still clone the repo, but can no longer push to hg.mozilla.org

So, all done!
