Build 2002030103, Win98. A new page in Composer always contains a line break tag in the html body. Maybe I'm missing something, otherwise I see no reason for doing this.
IS this a DUP of 128695 ?
I think that bug 128695 is about unexpected <CR><LF> insertion (summary is a bit confusing). Setting this bug's severity to minor.
