Currently we make use of the raw insert and delete counts MozReview provides (which corresponds to addition and delete lines in the patch file). Review Board also calculates its own insert, delete, and *replace* counts.

It would be good to take advantage of Review Board's extra count data to give a more accurate summary of the patch.
MozReview is now obsolete. Please use Phabricator instead. Closing this bug.
