Details
Almost all http://www.w3.org/TR/* are obsolete and those specifications tend to give wrong information to the reader. https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/API/Element/setAttribute as an example links to http://www.w3.org/TR/DOM-Level-2-Core/core.html#ID-F68F082 when it should link to https://dom.spec.whatwg.org/
