Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Enter <ftp://ftp.isi.edu/in-notes/iana/assignments/media-types/> into URL bar.
2. Press enter.

Actual Results:  Mozilla crashes.

Expected Results:  Mozilla doesn't crash and displays contents of directory.

Works in Internet Explorer.  This is especially critical as it is the list of
official mime types.
Crash on linux also plus fixed http:// that Bugzilla helper added to front of URL.
