Their server sends text/plain for the css file. They are in standards mode. Ideal fix is to change their server settings so that it outputs text/css for CSS files. Acceptible fix: remove the DOCTYPE or change it to one that triggers quirks mode. Either of those two will make the page render ok.

Received a msg from the webmaster that their server guy is on vacation until next week and that he will pass the info I sent them to that person. Hopefully they will fix the problem during the next week.
umm, css is still served as text/plain, but page looks WFM to me fixed by bug 153032 ?
