1288112 - "publish review" shows "Loading..." indicator for multiple seconds

I just finished reviews in https://reviewboard.mozilla.org/r/65572/ and every time I published a review, the "Loading..." indicator showed up for several seconds while the "Finish review..." dialog box was still up, then the fade-to-black-and-back-to-the-main-page transition took a while, and then the page reloaded on its own.

It should not take so long to dismiss the "Finish review..." dialog box; it makes MozReview feel sluggish.  It's not clear to me if the "Loading..." is actually talking about the fetch of the (refreshed) main page, or whether MozReview has other things to do before initiating that page refresh.  Either way, I think something can be made faster.
