Details

[Affected versions]:
- Firefox 47.0.1
- Firefox 48 beta 9
- latest Nightly 50.0a1

[Affected platforms]:
- Ubuntu 16.04 to Windows 10 (or 7)

[Steps to reproduce]:
1. Start Firefox
2. Open a conversation on Ubuntu and send the link to Windows
3. Join the conversation from Windows

[Expected result]:
- Conversation starts and works as expected.

[Actual result]:
- Conversation (Video and Audio) will freeze for 1-2 seconds when both participants join the conversation.

[Regression range]:
- I am not sure if this is a regression, at a quick check Firefox 46.0.1 was not affected by this but had some really nasty jerky sound. So maybe this only started with recent versions of Hello.

[Additional notes]:
- For some reason only Ubuntu with Windows are affected, other conversation between Mac - Win, Mac - Ubuntu are not affected by this.
Support for Hello/Loop has been discontinued.
