+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #1288131 +++ STR: 1. load https://reviewboard.mozilla.org/r/65552/diff/1#index_header 2. click any of the on-hover [+] buttons to create a new comment ER: Comment box opens immediately. AR: Spinner, "Loading...", comment box opens a second later. Subsequent clicks open the comment box immediately. I don't know why it's slow the first time.
