Steps to reproduce:

Print a page to a printer.


Actual results:

First time printout to PDFCreator Firefox hang. 
After reinstall of PDFCreator a big number of blank pages is pinted.
When printing to my real printer (HP Laserjet 5M) a big number of blank pages is printed.
When printing by MicroSoft build in PDF printer the printout is OK.


Expected results:

A single page equal to the screen.
