Details

I noticed this problem in today's nitely build on OS/2 - 3/4/02. How to recreate problem: -Open the mozilla browser and browse to a secure page. -There is a security warning that pops up. -Hit the OK or Cancel button. -Notice the browser window will not get the focus. The previous window will. Expected result- Browser should get focus. The above is an example of what's happening. Different pop ups throughout the brower do not return focus to the correct window.
Also happens on Windows NT. Used today's nitely - 3/4/02. When I said "the previous window will get focus", I meant whatever window had focus before the current window that has focus. It may be another browser window or command prompt. That previous window will get the focus instead of the current window, which the pop up should return focus to.
OS: OS/2 → All
This one is ugly. I think this occurred on an earlier build, Friday's build 3/1. I'll check for duplicates.
I meant to file this bug last week, but added a comment in bug 111904 instead. Can't remember how long ago it started. Probably before the 28th. It was definitely there by 2002022816. Still broken in 2002030316 for OS/2. I suggest summary clarification by changing as follows: "After selecting OK/Cancel from modal popup, focus doesn't return to Mozilla".
