12891 - Reflow problem: Margins not repainted when reflow moves image on page

Load the test page into the apprunner editor.
Use the menu to change the text to style H1: Format | Heading | Heading 1
Note that the top of the image, which has now shifted down and to the right
because of the resizing of the text, leaves some bits in its former location.

Charlie, it's working fine for me. Maybe you can supply some JavaScript to use
that reproduces the problem. That way it's independent of apprunner and having
to use a menu to make the change. Maybe what's happening is that when the menu
goes away we repaint and so the problem you describe isn't happening.

I added a bunch of (about 10) <br> before the text and image to push it below
where the menu drops down and I still don't see the problem

One more thing to add. There was a bug report that pointed out that "style
change" reflow commands weren't incrementally painting like they should. I fixed
that. I wonder if this is the same problem, and you don't have my change?

With the Sept 2nd build, I can report this problem on three different platforms
(Mac 8.6, Windows 95, Linux (Red hat 6.0)

1) Open the attached test case in Apprunner.
2) Select Edit Page from File menu.
3) After the page loads, select the word "Some test" .
4) From the Format menu, select Heading 1 from the Heading sub menu.
5) The graphic and text reflow but a portion of the graphic remains in the
original position. Resizing the window fixes this problem for me though.

It still works okay for me, although it's kind of goofy. I select the text then
pull down the menu at which point the text is no longer selected. Then I change
the style and all the text changes. Then when I go back and pull down the menu
the text reverts to its previous style.

Please don't reopen this bug because I can't reproduce the problem. It won't
help to tell me it still happens for you, or to give me a screenshot showing the
problem. I can't fix what I can't reproduce.

Charley, a simple HTML example that uses JavaScript to show the problem would be
very helpful, because then I can run it in viewer and not be at the whim or
apprunner's quirks

I can't reproduce the problem that was described with the Sept 23rd build.
