This is a follow up of Bug 1285557 (which create the new WebExtensionActor):

It would be nice if the Addon Developer Toolbox could alert the user when the target addon has been disabled/enabled/reloaded/upgraded (e.g. a console message produced in the Addon Developer Toolbox).
