Greek is now back at 100% completion, so we'll want to add it back to all-locales to start fennec single-locale builds in aurora. We'll also want to add Fennec to el team's dashboard.

Looks good, ++ for fixing the alphabetical order.
Setting also approval for Aurora. This patch needs to land directly in mozilla-aurora (not mozilla-central).
No release notes, since we're only adding the locale to single locale builds, not the build shipping in Play store.

No need for release notes, as explained in comment 2 it doesn't have any effect on the official builds shipping in Play Store.
