[10.12] Aurora and Beta don't show the Osaka font

Details
After I updated to the latest Mac seed (16A254G), both Aurora and Beta reverted to using Times New Roman as the default font. I also didn't get a prompt to download Osaka. Everything worked OK in the previous seed.
The latest nightly on the same machine shows the correct font.

Release too, right? This is because the patch for bug 1279962 has only landed on Nightly and has not been uplifted anywhere.

Yes, release too. I guess we can close this as invalid - I didn't have that other bug on my radar.
