Attachment: Bug 1289625 - Use checkout-gecko-and-run in mozharness-gecko task;

The base lint image already has all the files present. This makes
the mozharness-gecko task do source control interaction just like
eslint-gecko and mozlint-flake8.

Bug 1289625 - Use checkout-gecko-and-run in mozharness-gecko task;

This task is using the desktop-test image, which doesn't have checkout-gecko-and-run... yet. So much for a low hanging fruit bug.
