When I visit http://www6.verizon.com/cgi-bin/webcgi.exe/,/?Session=2876327,U=1,ST=52,N=0006,K=10849,SXI=4,usetemplate=contactus.tem and click submit (or press enter), it doesn't do anything. Not a sausage. Once the bug is fixed, if someone wants to tell them that I'm ready to cancel call forwarding and call waiting, that'd be very nice of you.

can you try to upgrade to a newer version? goto ftp://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla/releases/

Sorry for the delay; I was traveling. It still happens here (Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:0.9.9) Gecko/20020311 The 'submit' button gets focus, but no submission takes place.

Works for me on build 2002-05-13-10-trunk... Do you still see the problem?
