By IMAP method, and the mail server is SYNOLOGY for your reference. Actual results: It reminds me of unread emails, but cannot read the details in mail inbox from the client. This situation happeded on about 60-70 users among 100+ users. And it has no any regularity, that is not a certain time or a certain user name. However, from the SYNOLOGY Website, all new emails are exsit and can be read or search. Expected results: It shall be that I can read the new emails once the system inform.

Well, the mailbox has 24 unread messages, but if you count, there are only 10, unless there are more down below.

I can't understand what is the problem it is. So I can't help. Sorry.
Do you see the problem when using version 52? And if you do, does it go away permanently if you repair the folder (under properties)
