I see my incoming emails being loaded but then they disappear from the "Inbox"!!

Actual results: Messages showed uploading process of 20 messages but then they all disappeared from the Inbox! Expected results: Messages should have showed up in "Inbox".

Diana, do you still see this issue? It's typically caused by some other mail client

Hello Wayne, thanks for getting back to me. In fact fact, the issue was that Thunderbird was immediately moving my emails from Inbox to Junk folder, so that's why I saw few messages getting in my Inbox and disappeared! Problem solved now, thanks :-)
