1290483 - Move mozreview-infra git repo to github

The git repo with the terraform configs currently lives at ssh://[e-mail]/devservices/mozreview-infra.git. We should move it to https://github.com/mozilla-platform-ops/ and make sure the devs have access to it.

99% certain that there have never been secrets committed to it, but should do another quick check.

there isn't anything in the history that I'm concerned about, so let's do this so that we don't have to use splinter for reviews. jake, since you're actively working on things, do you want to either push this up to github or pick a quiet time for me to do so?

Sure,  I'll find some quiet time soon to move it.

The repo has been moved to the mozilla-platform-ops team.  We can safely remove the old git-internal repo.
