Re-lay-out the Switch Tree menu to use a single anchor tag (rather than JS onclick handlers) around each row so we can do all the standard webby stuff like open in new windows use the context menu to copy links. Flexbox is probably the way to go. Also, don't let the language badges wrap.

DXR is no longer available. Searchfox is now replacing it.
