Does this happen when just using gUM by itself?

Yes. This happens just by using gUM. In the attachment, the first of the three images is from a non-scaled local stream.

Looks specific to this one device. Anyone have this device and willing to take a stab at it?

Forgot to ask, is this a regression, do you know?
Also, do you see the problem in this fiddle? https://jsfiddle.net/srn9db4h/

Hi Jan-Ivar,
This is reported from regression testing. This issue was reported to me by my colleague from China. I just got this device but cannot reproduce at my end. My colleague from China reproduced this. I have asked her to provide more information.
Hi Faye,
Could you work on this one and provide Jan-Ivar with more information?
Thank You.

Hi, Jan-Ivar
I cannot reproduce using https://jsfiddle.net/srn9db4h/,
but I can reproduce with https://jsfiddle.net/rainzhao/nxzs91cv/.
Thanks,
Faye
