I noticed that 2 selects (Status & Severity) on the mozilla bug query page loose/hide their scroll bars when you click on the scrollbar or their arrows. I think that this is caused by the number of options equaling the size attribute of the select. For example, if the size matches the number of options, causes this odd behavior while a number less generates no scrollbar and anything larger keeps the scrollbar. I'll attach a testcase and should probably be assigned to bryner@netscape.com.
