This crash appears in versions at least as far back as 38.6.0esr. It's occurred 200+ times in the past week. No prior bug report, as far as I can tell. 95% of the crashes are with NVIDIA cards.

Sorry, I had an incorrect search parameter. It's 100% NVIDIA cards, which makes sense for a crash involving nvd3dum.dll.
