This bug was filed from the Socorro interface and is 
report bp-cde6ae22-1ce1-41cf-8cb2-038332160730.

This crash has occurred 101 times in the past 7 days, across numerous Firefox versions going back as far as 29.0b8, all on Windows. No prior bug report, as far as I can tell.

There are numerous ways that CrashGenerationServer::Start() can fail. Ted, would it be worth changing its return type from |bool| to an error code, to help diagnose what's going wrong?
