Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to youtube and play a video

Actual results:
- Time is not correctly displayed. 
- Please see attached screenshot

Expected results:
- The correct time should be displayed

That's a pretty big pushlog. Is it possible to narrow it down any further?

Interestingly it fixes itself the second time you click on the video to reveal the controls.

The regression window is correct for YouTube, but the root cause is because we hide these components when the first time the controls appear. 

I'm getting rid of this behavior in Bug 1293601 :)
