In Bug 1287390 we made some timing updates to speed up the sunrise animation on /firefox/new/.

We now need to A/B test this against the default static page to see how well it performs in terms of download conversions.

I duplicated the previous experiment that ADavis created as this is essentially just running the exact same test.

Noting for possible future reference that we'll need to update the excluded URLs if the IE 8 no-JS test (which is at ?v=2) manages to begin before this test concludes.
