Currently, TaskCluster has a mapping json file that tells it based on the github user, repo and branch what the Treeherder project should be. But Treeherder should be the source of truth for that. We should change the pulse-job.yml file to accept the github user, repo and branch and then query our own Repository model to determine the project name.

I'm not going to get to this anytime soon. We will see if this is possible when we move away from taskcluster-treeherder in bug 1395254
