What did you do?

1. I try to create an account with persona and the website says that I can't create with persona
2. I try create with github, but it says "Could not find profile matching that account."
3. I try log in with github, but it says "Could not find profile matching that account."

What happened?

I cannot log in with github account.

What should have happened?
==========================
I should log in with github account.

Is there anything else we should know?

I'm sorry you are having trouble creating an account. Here are some things to try:

1) Visit https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/users/signout, then try logging in with Github
2) Turn on private browsing mode, and try logging in with GitHub
3) Use a different browser to create your account with GitHub, and then try logging in in the original browser.

If this doesn't work, we can try some other things, but I'll need to know what browser you are using so I can give you specific help.

I've confirmed with another user that option #1, visiting /users/signout, will _not_ fix the issue. Private browsing should work, or the alternate browser. Also, deleting the sessionid cookie for developer.mozilla.org should work:
