When I click on the down arrow to the right of the location bar, the drop down
list of URIs appears to the left of its proper location
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Load Mozilla
2.Click on down arrow to the right of the location bar
Actual Results: the drop down list of URIs appears to the left of its proper
location
Expected Results: it should have appeared below the location bar, like it does
then URI completion occurs
