Details

On day one, GeckoView consumers are going to run into a lot of
frustrating bugs and unhandled cases.  Exposing Gecko's internal
logging in some form will be essential.  This ticket tracks allowing
consumers to control logging -- hopefully, without requiring deep
knowledge of which environment variables to set exactly when!
I do think it would be nice to expose some kind of log level API.
