What did you do? ================ installed latest FF version 48.0 ... What happened? ============== when you try to open context menu (right click) ttou wil get this: Script: resource://gre/modules/commonj…/sdk/content/content-worker.js:305 What should have happened? ========================== open context menu with no error Is there anything else we should know? ====================================== system information: Microsoft Windows 10 Pro version: 10.0.10586 Build 10586 Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-2600K CPU @ 3.40GHz, 3401 MHz, 4 core('s), 8 logic processor(s) Memory: 8,00 GB not sure where to find log files...

sounds like an extension's issue. can you try safe mode, and if the issue doesn't happen with safe mode, can you try finding out which extension causes the issue? https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/troubleshoot-firefox-issues-using-safe-mode

it possible to turn or script messages with dom.max_chrome_script_run_time and dom.max_script_run_time but i'll try ...

i tried this link: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/refresh-firefox-reset-add-ons-and-settings and i don't see any errors... but how to see witch add-on causing error, i don't know yet...

Run Firefox normally (not in Safe mode) 2. disable all your add-ons in Add-on Manager 3. restart Firefox 4. confirm the context menu opens 5. do following until the context menu stops opening a. enable one add-on b. restart Firefox c. confirm the context menu opens

solved it, restored a backup, all seems ok now.... thanks
