Details
win32 2002-03-05-0.9.9 build. Whenever a alert (, security, passwd prompt) dialog
pops up, it raised to the top of the window stack and also put the focused window
down the stack. However, when the popup leaves, the original window stays down
in the stack. I needed to iconify several windows to find the window I was
working on.
This is a bad user experience.

Dupe of bug 122765?
Smell like. However, I only started seeing it recently. Perhaps, I was using
earlier builds which do not have this problem.
