We've got the releng-http cluster responding within ~1.0 seconds now, which is an acceptable level of service for those applications. I'd like to raise the threshold to 1.5 seconds, so that we reduce the chances of FPs - the past few days of mostly-silent alerts seems to indicate that we're staying well under the 1.0 second cap *most* of the time, and at 1.5 seconds things should stay peaceful for y'all at little cost to ourselves for monitoring purposes.
Summary: raise Zeus MAx Qu → raise Zeus Max Queue Time alert threshold to 1.5 seconds
