Steps to reproduce:

Install a web extension plugin with an options_ui in a version of FF before 48
Upgrade FF to version 48 with the addon installed

Addon: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/facebook-tracking-removal/


Actual results:

Before upgrade: No options page (Expected)
After upgrade: Still no options page (Not Expected)
Reload addon from about:debugging: Still no options page (Not Expected)
Reinstall addon: Options page shown (Expected)


Expected results:

Before upgrade: No options page (Expected)
After upgrade: Options page shown

Would also expect reloading the addon from about:debugging to show the options page
