User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.10; rv:48.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/48.0 Build ID: 20160726073904 Steps to reproduce: I simply want to enter a long URL I previously visited. I start typing the first letters of the URL. Actual results: The "awesome bar" starts showing me many page *titles* of different lengths, the actual URLs are shown totally unaligned behind the titles. I need a very long time to see if the one I'm trying to enter is already listed. This ruins my productivity. Expected results: I should get a clear and overseeable list of matching URLs. The old awesome bar may have been less pretty, but it was perfectly functional. Maybe the new one could be fixed by at least aligning all the URLs, but that would probably make it more difficult to see which title belongs to which URL because of the spacing between a URL and a short title that would then be necessary. I would prefer to get back the old bar, at least as an option for power users.

Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.10; rv:48.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/48.0 I have tested this issue on Mac OS 10.10 with the latest Firefox release (48.0) and the latest Nightly (50.0a1-20160628030238) and haven't managed to reproduce it. After I've previously visited a long url (eg: http://stackoverflow.com/questions/7576691/java-lang-noclassdeffounderror-com-jogamp-common-type-writecloneable-jogl-2-in), when typing the URL in the awesome bar, the title of the page and the URL are shown correctly. Could you please provide us with a screenshot in which you could highlight the problem? Also can you retest this using the latest Nightly build (https://nightly.mozilla.org/) and report back the results? When doing this, please use a new clean Firefox profile, maybe even safe mode, to eliminate custom settings as a possible cause (https://goo.gl/PNe90E).

Thank you for your efforts! I created a new clean Firefox profile and now the titles and URLs are displayed correctly. I should have tried that earlier, I'm sorry.
