Expected results:
"Confirmed email address" on https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/userprefs.cgi is not editable, with no explanation as to why.

OK so apparently email address updates cannot occur more than once within a 3 day period. That should really be called out in the UI. Updating title of this bug accordingly.
