1292003 - Signup form implementation on clicking "Get Involved form" is missing - Broken URL

Steps to produce:
1. Log in to reps portal
2. Go to any event page
3. Click on "Get involved form"

Expected input: Clicking this button will be taken to new signup form which implements a counter after successful submission.

Actual input: Error page (ex: https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/contribute/event/?callbackurl=https://reps.mozilla.org/e/localization-hackathon-india-2016/plusoneconverted/)

Hi dineshmv,

Thanks for submitting this bug!
It seems that the relevant code from mozilla.org has been removed. My suggestion would be to remove completely this functionality from the ReMo portal since we don't have the signup form.

Hi Tasos, 

My suggestion is to implement any google form which helps the visitors to sign up for the event and is it possible to implement counter for each time the form gets submitted? 

@Tasos- I am interested to work on remo-webdev. I tried to setup the website on my local machine but faced some issues. I even checked with IRC channel, it seems to be inactive. Can you please give me your IRC or telegram ID so that I can get in touch with you.

You can find me (:tasos) at irc at the remo-dev channel. Please join the channel to help you with any problems you might be facing with the local install of the ReMo portal. Regarding the google form, I am not sure that it's the best way forward but I will defer you to :Nukeador for this.

I believe there was a special signup-form for the contributors that participated in an event and it wasn't in the /contribute page. I will investigate this further and comment here.

Verified on dev that the get involved form is missing and a user can successfully create a new event.
