I've noticed this for the past week or so on nightly fennec. Have seen it on a Nexus 5X and a Galaxy S6. Filing under imagelib as a guess, might need moved.

STR: Search google images for something, click on an image to view it larger, click phone's back button. There will be black rectangles instead of the image results.

This doesn't always happen, but it does happen fairly frequently. My guess is 1/10 times. I'm struggling to find a regression range because of this.
I would recommend starting this off in the Graphics component; although ImageLib could be involved, it's quite likely that this is a graphics bug, and it'd be a good idea to get this on the graphics team's radar ASAP. Hopefully someone can figure out a regression range.
