The build instructions under www.mozilla.org/build does not
match the build instructions that are in the source code
under mozilla/README/mozilla. Can these by synced up?

I don't know what the best way to do this is. I'm no longer the primary
maintainer of all of the docs, so i can't manually keep track of this, and i
can't ask others to do the same. Should i move where the build documentation is
housed to the source tree, and just use lxr links from www.mozilla.org/ to
reference them?
I'm going to kill this bug by cheating. Rather than having blatantly incorrect
documents, i think having redirects to the website is better than nothing.
Ok, i've removed the incorrect documentation. A redirect to the website will
suffice for now.
