If I hit escape while typing a comment in mozreview, the comment is canceled and there is no way to undo that. Unfortunately, escape is right next to backtick, and backtick is needed to denote inline bits of code, which are common in review comments. So it's far to easy to irrecoverably lose your review comment as you're typing it...
This was reported in bug 1272630, which looks like it got lost in the shuffle... should be fixed soon.
