Details

Put the cursor on a link or on text. Then scroll down. The cursor doesn't change
until you move it! You might find it trivial but I find it quite annoying. All
you need to do to fix this bug is to update the cursor every time the user
scrolls up or down.

Btw in IE this bug doesn't exist.
