Push notifications that told us when patches were r+'ed/submitted would be super cool. This could be an alternative (or replacement) to the irc reviewbot.

As a refresher, push notifications are messages sent from some server (i.e mozreview backend) to a service worker that was previously installed. So mozreview does not need to be open in an active tab to receive and display the notification, as long as the browser is open, it'll work. For more info see:
