Mainly bug fixes, however GCM now supports multiple sender ID's to workaround an issue with the GCM clients in the wild. Some additional ops configuration will need to be done to add all the sender-id's to the config for prod. In this case the sender-id's used previously in stage need to be available on prod as well.
