odd, the url that didn't exist in the test run I can curl on my local machine: https://hg.mozilla.org/integration/fx-team//raw-file/191f08f8ff31619cde33d411c2b23d1689bf9297/taskcluster/scripts/tester/test-ubuntu1604.sh I assume this was a temporary issue with hg, the network, or the specific aws instance.

I'm fixing this in bug 1294234 by vendoring the test-ubuntu*.sh scripts in the Docker image.
