129307 - User should be able to save items from the page info dialog

While browsing in the media tab under page info, I had the desire to save an
item (in my case, a midi file) on a page to disk and was unable to. 

Users should be able to save individual items from the Media list to disk, so
they don't have to dig through the page source to find such items, or manually
type the URL's from the list into the browser.

Perhaps a context menu on the list items themselves? The menu could contain
"Save item as..." and "Copy" (to copy the URL to the clipboard)
